Nashville EXECUTIVE Leadership Team - CHAPTER FOUNDERS



Chris is the Founder of the CCC and launched the 1st Chapter in 2019 in Atlanta, and has since helped to launch over a dozen Chapters throughout the United States. 

He is a Founder of the Atlanta, New York City & Nashville Chapters of CCC.  

The Executive Leadership Teams that he formulates are primarily comprised of real estate development, investment and finance professionals to establish uniformity across the brand. 

In Atlanta alone, Chris possesses a database of over 10,000+ active commercial real estate contacts that frequent his private events.  

He formerly served the commercial real estate development industry as Director of Acquisitions at The Montalto Group, formerly served the commercial construction industry at the Director level of Cooper & Company General Contractors, and also gained facility management experience as a Department Manager of Lone Rover Construction.

Chris gained experience working on behalf of BOMA (Building Owners & Managers Association) where he first gained an understanding as to the inner-workings of a successful real estate association, and utilized this experience in order to formulate the CCC.

He has been involved in the successful brokerage & development transactions under the role of “consultant” for multifamily, industrial, office and retail asset classes.

Chris is also a commercial real estate investor into multifamily developments as an Limited Partner.

He and his wife own and operate a short-term residential real estate vacation rental business, Stargazer Hideaway Rentals. 

Chris is currently a Board Member of FREED (Freedom through Real Estate Education for Doctors) and RARE (Real Athletes in Real Estate).  

Chris formerly served 501c3 non-profit charities on the Board of Directors Member for Mentor Me North Forsyth to mentor young men and women in the community where he was raised, and as Vice President of Hands Across Atlanta to assist the less-fortunate homeless population in Atlanta.  Chris previously sat on the Board of Directors for LAI (Lambda Alpha International) Land Economics Society in Atlanta. 

He received his undergraduate degree from Georgia Southern University and an MBA from University of The Rockies. He is a fitness enthusiast, and an avid supporter of United States veterans.

Chris is extremely passionate about serving others through the CCC by assisting professionals to establish new relationships, uplifting them in their careers, and improving their overall quality of life.



Tyler Cauble is an accomplished commercial real estate investor, developer, and thought leader based in Nashville, Tennessee. A native of Nashville, Mr. Cauble has not only witnessed the city’s rapid growth firsthand but has also contributed meaningfully through his developments, renovations, volunteer work, and investments throughout the community.

Cauble began his commercial real estate career in 2013 as an in-house leasing agent focused on stabilizing his firm’s retail and office assets. After successfully leasing up the portfolio, he took on third-party assignments and structured his first development project: a 42-unit for-sale townhome community in Bellevue.

In February 2018, Tyler launched his best-selling book, “Open for Business: The Insider’s Guide to Leasing Commercial Real Estate,” sharing his leasing expertise with industry professionals and entrepreneurs. That same year, he founded The Cauble Group, a commercial real estate brokerage based in East Nashville. Seeking to provide full-service offerings to his clients, Mr. Cauble also co-founded Parasol Property Management, a commercial property management firm catering to investment property owners.

Since 2019, Tyler has focused on raising capital for value-add investments in the Nashville metro area through his venture, Hamilton Development. By providing quality commercial space at reasonable rental rates, his projects aim to support the area’s thriving small business and entrepreneur community.

In addition to his real estate practice, Cauble hosts The Commercial Real Estate Investor podcast and runs a YouTube channel focused on teaching commercial real estate concepts with over 40,000 subscribers. Through these platforms, he provides timely insights and education to industry practitioners and the general public.



Samer, a Tennessee native, is the Co-Founder and Principal at Fox Ridge Assets. Fox Ridge Assets is a multifamily investment firm with a distinct focus on value-add assets in the Southeastern US. Thier team thrives on the creativity of getting deals done, the rigor of effectively managing assets, and the moral compass that drives their decisions every single day. 

Samer specializes in the acquisition and operation of multifamily properties, boasting experience overseeing 1,327 multifamily units across diverse southeastern U.S. markets. As the Co-Founder of Fox Ridge Assets, Samer has instilled a vision focused on transparency, consistency, and community. With a strong background in asset management and operations, he leverages meticulous analysis and data-driven insights to uncover hidden potential in multifamily assets. Samer excels at identifying untapped opportunities and crafting strategic growth plans for maximum returns. His approach encompasses renovations, efficiencies, and partnerships, all aimed at elevating asset value. 

Recognizing the importance of relationships, Samer values meaningful connections and inspires collaboration and transparent communication. He upholds trust, integrity, and exceptional client satisfaction. Beyond his real estate passion, Samer loves the great outdoors and wild adventures, mirroring his unwavering commitment to success in the industry.

Brandon is the Founder of UrbanGate Properties, which focuses on identifying emerging markets and investing in the path of progress. Brandon spent 15+ years acquiring and renovating single family homes and multi family properties in Middle TN.

Brandon is responsible for all lending approval decisions.

Brandon lives in Nashville, TN with his wife Katie and three kids Ava, Hank, and Margaret.



John loves the process of creation. He’s always valued creativity, originality, innovation, and growth. That’s why he founded Expedition Group; to help with the process of creating impact through thoughtful and valuable advisory service. With a background that spans corporate and structured finance, private equity, real estate development and management, and banking and banking regulation, John brings both ideas and execution to the table to help partners look past the obvious to make powerful, strategic decisions. After graduating with undergraduate and graduate degrees from Tennessee Technological University, John worked for over a decade in various private equity, real estate finance, acquisition, development, and banking-focused roles. Over the span of his career he has managed, acquired, sold, and developed more than $2 billion of real estate and debt assets; has underwritten acquisitions, originations, and sales of over $1 billion of credit; and has invested or advised in the acquisitions and dispositions of dozens of privately-held operating companies.

Outside of work he is highly engaged with his family and dedicates significant time to nonprofit work, most notably serving on the boards of Phoenix Club of Nashville and BeWell in School.



Joséphine Saffert, a German native, came to the Nashville area as a D1-Track athlete recruit in 2011. She quickly began to focus on real estate investments upon graduation. Her vertically integrated Sapphire Development Group & Companies provide a residential one-stop shop from Acquisitions to Developments to Sales. Joséphine sponsored her Green Card by providing ground-up housing opportunities and adding to the American economy as a young real estate developer.

At 26 years old, she developed new homes 5-min South of Broadway revitalizing a community that has been crucial to the growth and safety around Chestnut Hill. Her unique immigration journey and tenacity shaped her as a real estate entrepreneur and female CEO. Sapphire Development Group is committed to developing real estate that creates lively communities in Nashville’s Urban Core.



Matt is a real estate investor, broker, and corporate executive. He spent the first decade of his career as an executive in real estate (Zillow) and finance (SmartAsset) industries, building and leading national revenue teams of 100+ people, overseeing orgs that generated over 50M in ARR. His passion for real estate and finance led him to found Mason Asset Management, a real estate investment firm focused on single and multifamily portfolio investments in the Midwest and the Southeast.

After moving to Nashville from California, Matt has become a noteworthy local mentor, investor, and leader in Middle Tennessee. He lives in Brentwood TN with his wife Karen and child, Crew.



Willis has a background in leasing with prior experience on the Landlord Representation team at Foundry Commercial and the Tenant Representation team at TenantBase Inc.

Willis joins the CCC Nashville Executive Team with a background in Office and Flex/Industrial assets. Over the course of Willis’ career, he has assisted in the execution of over $10 million in lease transactions for both tenants and landlords throughout the state of Tennessee.

Willis is a graduate of the University of the South: Sewanee and holds his CCIM Designation.



Brian Truman joined Accel Group in 2016, specializing in multi-family, retail and business brokerage sales. He understands the mindset of business and building owners. His passion is to help his clients achieve generational wealth.

His previous national sales experience and his obsession with service have increased the team’s overall deal size and reach. Brian is an accomplished sales professional with 24 years of sales—both consultative and change management, and selling. He has negotiated both in the public and private sectors, with experience in selling to C-level decision makers and business owners doing deals in the hundreds of millions.

With a reputation as a successful collaborator, project management and budgeting, he has 16 years doing deals of all levels. Not only has Brian worked in the Public Sector for his previous job, but he has also served in the Public Sector as a City Councilman and Board of Zoning and Appeals member.

Brian’s team are no strangers to success. His commercial team consists of knowledgeable, results-driven brokers backed by the most innovative and scalable technology the commercial real estate industry has to offer in buying and selling multifamily real estate. Their mission is to inspire, guide, in order for their clients to create, grow and maintain generational wealth for their clients through investment in commercial real estate and buying businesses.

Brian and his wife reside in the Middle Tennessee since 2006. They have four sons, who all live locally.
